Assuming an 8 hour work day, that's just 6 hrs on day 1 and 6.5 hours on day 2.
How/where you track the reasons for absences is an entrely different topic to how you
recordhours worked.
Let's not complicate the issue unnecessarily, Bob said ealier:
"I should have been a bit more clear.
I am only tracking the hours worked per day per payperiod."
