Use an input box in a similar manner to the I'm not a robot panels
So they have to input a different character for each message presentation.
The message to include details of the char to input if they are going to select OK, and the alternate for alternative selections .
And - leave your phone off
Maybe better to also go on a weeks holiday - or a sickie
