Then I would use GitHub. Have a function that export your modules and calls GitHub command line to commit and push the changed files.
I have all my newest public code on GitHub, though I don't use the command line tool:

That’s what I do as well. I’d just like to be able to “diff” code sometimes and it makes it a pain to do.
