[AccessD] Create and place buttons with code

Hi Arthur

Jim is right, and that's exactly how my code operates. 
Four invisible buttons are made visible and repositioned as needed.

Thanks, Jim. I shall try that approach instead. But your suggestion does not help me place the buttons. I shall work on that as a sub-project.
