[AccessD] OT - Monitor Problem

It's failed or MAYBE is failing.  You could try to adjust the monitor
settings via Windows to a lower refresh rate or display quality and
see if that helps.

Searching on your model will find some help perhaps.  I searched on
monitor comes on for a second and goes blank
and got literally billions of hits.  Some of those are instructions on
how to repair it.  You need the right parts though.  And the gumption
to install them.  I've fixed a few, mostly laptops and it's definitely
doable if the parts are available and you have the right instructions
for the model to get inside.
