[AccessD] Property Sheet

Dear List:

I have an Access app (and this is the only one) in which the Property Sheet in a form in Design mode persists when I go to form mode.  Invariably it's in an inconvenient spot.  And it is inactive so I can't close it or move it.

Easy workaround - go to Design mode, close the sheet, go to Form mode.  But that's annoying.

I assume there's some setting which keeps the Property Sheet visible when going from Design to Form mode, but I can't find it and can't find anything on the web about it.  And I'm assuming it's something particular to this app because it doesn't happen on any other apps.

This is Access 2010 BTW.

Something else unique to this app - I share development with another programmer who is using A2016.  Don't know if that is relevant.

Is there a setting that's responsible for this annoyance or any other ideas how to fix?
