Arthur,

 Uncheck the reference and do a compile.   That will usually turn it up,
although it's possible that it won't be called until you hit a specific
form.

 The other thing you can do is while the reference is set, use the object
browser and look through what's available for methods/properties.   That may
give you a clue as to what it was used for in the app.
