Hi all

This is why, for a listbox or combox, you will hold two columns: one for the value for the code, one for display.
If used with a callback function, these controls can even return a true DateTime value.

#'s work OK if dates are always in mm/dd/yyyy. If your users may use different date formats, it can cause big problems.
