Now you lost me. If so, where does e-mail come in? That should be your last option.

If you have control of the (remote) website, let it POST a Json notification to the API of a local webserver which then does the order processing in seconds.

This is very simple - at least for you - to program in C# and Visual Studio using the templates for this. It will all be about classes(!) and a little database traffic - hardly no bumps for you.

Jim, I am not "getting orders from an e-commerce website" I am getting
orders from my own custom written website.
