[AccessD] How to maximize the Reply window in Gmail?

Once in a while, I have fluked this View, but am unable to repeat it.
Actually, that's just a way around my bigger problem: Gmail insists o
popping up this toolbar continuing various symbols such as Undo and Redo
and various things like font-selection, Bold, Italics, etc. O wish I could
dismiss this sonofabitch forever, but cannot figure out how to do that,
short of killing Gmail and installing Thunderbird instead. Pay attention,
you authors of Gmail! The users are very unhappy. Thanks a lot for your
"Help".
