[AccessD] Converting to 64 Bit

Wow someone else on this list studied Latin. Must be a reflection of our
age. Nobody studies Latin nowadays, but those few of us who did can always
remember it. Silly lttle rhymes: ubi ibi hic hac hoc.  am 74 years old and
still remember that. Memory is a strange thig.
