[AccessD] Left and Right Justifying Access Reports

[David Emerson]

Even changing to Distribute throws out text (eg deletes initial lines from
the report control) especially when the controls are allowed to grow.  I
don't think it will be of any use at all.

I haven't tried it, but what would happen if you displayed your text
followed by a line's worth of spaces using the distribute option?
