   Just an FYI, I use F&R and I have no problems installing it where I need
it, and I've used it on everything up to and including 2019.

   No issues.

I"m on 2010 - 32 as well.  If you discover the secret to getting this
working again, that would be great.  I used it quite a bit back in the
day.  Ran into the same wall you did.  I'm reluctant to send another $39 to
someone who won;t answer an email.
