[AccessD] Is Direct Update/Append Possible from Excel

Otherwise, I got there by googling 'how to update access database from
excel'.

Most of the code behind my Excel sheet I got by recording a macro and
cribbing the code generated. GOt a lot of automation code in Access the
same way when I had to format a spreadsheet.
