[AccessD] Upsizing ACCDB to SQL Server

This is actually two related questions:
1. What is the recommended way to upsize an Access ACCDB to SQL Server?
2. The client also wants me to move the app from 32 bit to 64 bit, What
potential problems am I looking at?
