[AccessD] Combo/List Boxes from Collections?

I think Arthur is trying to indirectly offer me some measure of relief in
the body because I mentioned that it tends to focus on only one thing at a
time. I wish that there would come a day when pain (albeit perhaps
unnecessarily intense Arthur) in my bowels were my one physiological
complaint for the day...
