[AccessD] ldb file

Doncha just love users that don't give you full information?

What happens when he tries to delete the file. What error message (if any)

First thing is to check whether he is logged in as a user that has delete writes on the 
directory.  Then check if someone  set the directory to read only .
Also check the properties of the two files.
If he's access the folder over the network, check the share properties as well as the actual 
directory properties.

A reboot won't do any good if the files or directory are locked because of a rights issue.
