[AccessD] Alt-Size to grid

My favorite shortcuts are Alt-O-A-L, Alt-O-A-R,  Alt-O-A-T, AND  Alt-O-A-b
- align to left, right, top and bottom.

Also use Alt-O-Z-I, Alr-O-Z-D, and alt-O-Z-E for horizontal increase,
decrease and make spacing equal for a selected group of controls.
Same for Alt-O-V-I, Alr-O-V-D, and alt-O-V-E  for vertical spacing.
