[AccessD] Percentage Gauge

Bar would be much easier. There are 1440 twips per inch. So you could do 14
twips per percentage point. But the information shown that way would be of
little value. One inch is not enough to discriminate variations on the
data. How much space have you got for this bar?  Could it be turned on it's
side like a progress bar?

Curious to know why this rendering is required. I assume some user gave you
a spec?

What is it measuring that is, percentage of what?
