[AccessD] [EXTERNAL] Alt-Size to grid

Shortcuts have probably changed, I'm not sure what they were in 2010. I assume you are aware, but in case you are not, Access 2010 is no longer supported, so isn't getting any security updates.

I'm still using A2010 for my clients. I have 2021 but haven't tried the shortcut on that. So maybe they changed the shortcuts?
