[AccessD] Lock File Problem

Does MS plan to fix it? Hot fix or only when channel updates come out?

Many businesses install updates as they are released because of security
paranoiac IT and Risk Managers…. So I don’t think too many businesses are
going to be fond of MS just telling people to roll back??
