All my documents are on OneDrive, so that's not a problem. Thank you!.

Hi Susan
I would warn strongly - and I mean it - against theses "services" that claim
to do magic.
Think about it: "updating drivers" . what drivers? Windows and Dell for sure
know what to update and when.
It best, these services add nothing, more likely pull your money, at worst
installs all sort of malware.
Bite the bullet and reinstall Windows, preserving nothing. Then run all
updates - may take several runs and restarts.
Even then, it doesn't take that long and establishes a firm starting point.
You may need some drivers after that - see in Device Manager - but they
should be easy to download from Dell.
Of course, first backup you documents.

Anyone have experience with running Restoro? My system is still slow and
freezing up and this might be easier than trying to reset Windows 10 to
factory - thought?
