I don't know the limit with Outlook, 
But it is lots.

You can cut down by only having the site  as in rather than annoyinggit at gmail.com
Just have @gmail.com
Before sending something to junk, with block the sender,  make a note of the sender name as in annoyinggit
Then reselect junk from the right-click on any message and select options then blocked users -
Find the annoyinggit@ entry and edit off the sender name.

Probably better to only do that for unusual rather than service providing site names such as gmail.com.

I spend a little time every day unsubbing from stuff and it almost never works. Eventually, I add the offender to my junk mail, but I often wonder how many of those I can have at one time! 😊

Offering services that lay down garbage on our machines is almost as annoying as clicking Unsubscribe link on a Pfishing email knowing how chancy that is.
