[AccessD] Restoro

For Outlook users:
Here's a good tip for exposing the sender domain in Outlook without having to try: https://www.extendoffice.com/documents/outlook/2190-outlook-view-sender-domain.html

I use the 3 pane view with folders on the left email list next to it and preview one the right. The actual sender domain is exposed in fine print just under the sender's "Name". This has cut down on a lot of support calls from clients to verify if an email is valid.

Thanks! It does make sense.

I don't know the limit with Outlook,
But it is lots.

You can cut down by only having the site as in rather than annoyinggit at gmail.com Just have @gmail.com Before sending something to junk, with block the sender, make a note of the sender name as in annoyinggit Then reselect junk from the right-click on any message and select options then blocked users - Find the annoyinggit@ entry and edit off the sender name.

Probably better to only do that for unusual rather than service providing site names such as gmail.com.

I spend a little time every day unsubbing from stuff and it almost never works. Eventually, I add the offender to my junk mail, but I often wonder how many of those I can have at one time! 😊

Offering services that lay down garbage on our machines is almost as annoying as clicking Unsubscribe link on a Pfishing email knowing how chancy that is.
