Yes, you can store any file on GitHub. I often include demos, for example:

https://github.com/GustavBrock/VBA.Round/tree/master/demos

It is very useful when your code needs tables, or forms are mandatory to present the code - as here:

John, are you not able to put ACCDBs on GitHub? If I were trying to do what you are, I am pretty sure I would opt for storing databases with the needed objects to import, in attachment field of a downloadable database.
