[AccessD] Reference book or site

Bummer! Perhaps it's time for you to succeed it with a new book. Tentative
Titles: Access Classes for Advanced Access Developers; Dee Dive into Access
for Developers; Jim Dettman's Handbook for Access Developers (soon to
become known as and reverently referred to among the cognoscenti as JDH).
I've read your code, and know that you've taken classes in Access way
further than anyone else I know. So get on it! LOL.
