[AccessD] Reference book or site

Consider me in for this project. I have tons of code already gathered in a
MS Notebook. I might suggest this as a way of assembling all our
contributions. We could have Sections such as DAO, ADO, Connections,
Functions, API modules, etc. he reason I suggest NoteBook is that it's
easily shared
