[AccessD] Viewing help file from application

I forgot to say.  If you use WInCHM to develop your Help file, it helps to be familiar with 
basic HTML.  :)

You get a WYSIWYG page editor, but can also view and work with the underlying source 
HTML for the pages  :)

It's actually not a bad tool for becoming familiar with HTML :)
