[AccessD] VBA Offline Help

So with all the dangers, do CHM files still work from inside of Access
FEs?  It seems to indicate perhaps it is viewed by IE which at least on my
client's systems, the IT department has locked out.  Or is the CHM file now
opened by edge or something?
