[AccessD] A sad tale of wifi hotspot interference

Because we are trained to think about such things, we know that bottlenecks
are often just 'weak links'. It may be a slow disk, or not enough memory
or cores, or it may be a slow internet connection. My situation is
admittedly different because I so often have to use my phone's wifi hotspot
to access the internet. So *for me* the weak link for the internet is
anything that uses my internet indiscriminately. TBH I never even noticed
this when I was at home. In fact the thing that drew my attention to it
was the throttling once my allotment was used up. Suddenly internet access
was painfully slow. This whole discussion was focused around "where is my
data going".
