[AccessD] A sad tale of wifi hotspot interference

It does a lot of that if you disable things in the Logon, TaskScheduler  and especaillythings 
that include the string "update" in their name or description under the Services tab.

I actually got it slightly wrong earlier, you *remove* the tick to disable the activity.
