Thanks Darren,

The users will be entering company sensitive information so we need to make sure it is locked down as much as possible.

This means not giving them access to start menus, other apps etc.  More than a roll my own kiosk ☹

It 'could' be a batch file that runs a 'kiosk' app (that in itself could be an Access app?) and when the kiosk app is closed it 'could' perhaps run a logoff script in the batch file.

I recall a supplier I used in other jobs, used to do something like this. Unsure of exact details.

it’s cheap (not fool proof - can be gotten around) but it’s cheap and uses existing features.

(if you build your own user management kiosk, I suppose there’s a possibility of your Kiosk being more work than the demo app :-) )
