[AccessD] Windows update fixes odbc

I can't seem to find where to determine the version of Access that I'm
running. Help is no help at all. Once upon a time this was easy: the bottom
item on the Help menu was always About. Perhaps in the wisdom prevailing in
Redmond, that was too complicated.
