[AccessD] FTP to server

[Rocky Smolin]

The server guy (who is in Pakistan so I only do email) told me to try that.
I tried that with FTP> quote PASV but no cigar which I placed after the
password command.  That was with the VPN ON. With it off, as you can see in
my last email, I can't get past the open command.
