[AccessD] ampersand curiosity

That is great, Ryan.  Many thanks.

Some of that I was aware of, i.e. using the & to create a keyboard 
shortcut.

But extending the logic to using three ampersands to display one, was 
something that not only escaped my imagination, but also escaped my 
online searches!
