David,
As others are saying, there does not appear to be any software to convert
Access forms to a more modern look. There was a presentation on *Interface
Design* to the Pacific Access Users Group a few months back that was
recorded and is now available  on youtube. Here is the link https:  //

Vivann Consulting.

Not a conversion tool, but ideas that may offer some insight.
