[AccessD] Need a Trick for conditional formatting

Good. That one goes in the back pocket.

In this case I have a combo box and 2 check boxes. I think the client will
buy off on the advice - don't use those on a record which is a header (the
value which determines whether the controls are to be visible or
invisible). Nothing will happen.
