[AccessD] Office updates

I purchased a full pro version of Office Professional Plus 2019.  Today I
got a notice that "updates are available".  When I go into account it says
"Microsoft 365 and office updates" updates for this product are available.

So... is this trying to update me to Office 365 which I have no interest
in, or will this update my Office 2019?  A little hesitant to just click
update!
