[AccessD] RSA Encryption

To all,

Doing a piece of work for a client and we need to send them a PIN number
for a card, they want to send us a public key and for us to encrypt the PIN
using RSA, format x.509, bit length 1024 I have done some searching on the
web and it more or less keeps coming back to using the ChillKat library.

Has anyone ever done similar without using the ChillKat library ?
