[AccessD] A Couple of Settings

 If you just want to not use it once, hit Finish (or Alt+F) rather than Next. 

If you want to turn it off permanently* go to the right side of the Controls panel and hit the 
lower "down arrow with a bar over it"

Then de-select "Use Control  Wizards"

* Well, "permanently" until you go in and re-enable it :)
