I don't know , but I've got a new laptop  on the it's way from Ali Express. with 11 Pro on it, so 
I hope so :)

I've bought a heap of WIn 10 Pro and Office 21 ProPlus licences from them over the last 
couple of years for a couple of clients and I've never had any issues with the keys.
