Rocky, most of us in this list are dinosaurs hahaha... or some kind of...
Luckily my 2 kids are above 18...   have no grandchildren, only a little 
dog named Pim.
But I will tell them... good question...
The IA is occupying the place where kids that age will start at some 
office, so they need to be at a high level to start a career. And of 
course learn how to deal with IA.
