I can’t help much with this, but I have two comments. One is that I would
think encryption at the record level on the database with a high volume of
transactions would be a performance drug – not that I know much about
technology these days. My second is that if your “venture capital guy”
Friend who is investing in this company(?) Can’t explain it well enough to
you, who are pretty technically astute and deals with information
management, Then maybe this is some degree of handwaving?
Anyway, just one cent, not even two cents worth.
