Not sure what the cost of Azure hosting is. I have made several Access projects portable by converting the backend to SQL Serer and hosting on a low-cost Windows web host. Need to make sure of what the external connection limitations of the host are before you commit. With the backend on the web hosts SQL Server you can distribute the FE file with some code to automatically connect.

Hi Rocky,

One of the options is converting the Access BE to Azure. I am waiting for the cost of this to see if it is feasible.

Can they put the back end in the cloud? If you link the cloud based back end tables to the front end, would that work? (I'm assuming the 'database'
you refer to is an access database)
