Thank you to all that responded, my apologies for not supplying enough
information.  We did however get to the bottom of the issue, we had a
series of bespoke VB6 COM+ applications in the "COM+ Applications" folder.
We have had to remove them from there, until Microsoft come up with a fix
etc.

Thank you so much to the people that respond, I don't usually take this
long to reply, but I've been working so hard trying to figure out what was
going wrong with our application.
