recommend using ASPEmail. Even though it was 'built' for sending mail
through ASP, it is just a .dll, so you can use it anywhere you can create an

with a button that will send out a pre-formatted email containing the fields
from the request. For example, a new request is entered, the user clicks the
button that opens outlook & sends Engineering the request with their name,
