commission in finders fees. I personally think 15% sounds high. I do find it
easier never to change my hourly rate - whatever it is, stick to it and make
the commission come off that. </FONT></DIV>

clients and a slightly higher one for referred clients (where finder fees were

ago. A local staffing company called to<BR>see if I would do Access
training. I gave them 15% off my rate and they<BR>charged the client
full price. It worked out well. However I never did
do<BR>another contract with them, as whenever they called, I was always
booked up,<BR>so I really don't if the trend would have
continued.<BR><BR> Just make sure the firm is reputable and has a few
years under it's belt.<BR>A quick check of the BBB web site should also be
on the to do list. If<BR>possible, talk to other consultants that have
