I agree with Stuart, this is way beyond what a macro or add in in Office can do. I think he wants to compare sampling plans (strategies) for a product in terms of the probability of each plan to lead to acceptance or rejection of the lot or whatever the size of the appropriate size grouping for the product. I think this is beyond most statistical packages. There must be some industry specific guidelines for this as Stuart's links suggest.
