[Dba-office] Update KB3114409 causes problems with Outlook

Outlook 2016 was able to pull in one gmail account but not the second nor my
yahoo account (Manning). I was able to set up Manning manually but still
can't get the second gmail account. : ( 

I don't have this update.

Avoid installing KB3114409 if you use Outlook. Although listed as critical
this patch does not appear to be a security patch. If you are having
problems with Outlook check to see if this patch is installed and remove it.
