[Dba-office] Excel comments and Win 8.1

Learned something new trying to help a reader:

Comments in an Excel file created on a Windows 7 system are black when
opened on his Win 8.1 system. I've not found anything specific about it,
but I did find this -- gotta say, I don't think it was a smart move, but
then, nobody at MS asked me. :)

Anyone running 8.1?
